Excessive contract charges for the past 6 months

I have been a loyal Vodacom contract customer for 10 years now , due to their great signal availability and deals usually . I upgraded last year june and also moved from a smart s contract to a smart m . Since about February my Vodacom bill has been skyrocketing started at R1200 and eventually this month R3800. According to billing statements this is due to data usge , mostly out of bundle rates ? Well I am a very cautious data user since I have wifi at home and work mostly from home , how is this possible ? Apart from that ,the detailed billing sms system is always inconsistant , sometimes i have triple the monthly minutes I should get on my contract , a few days later I would request it again I would have 80 minutes less , almost no data aswell ? I have had instances where I would buy data using the ussd system and would receive a activation sms that says it was sucessful, a few minutes later more than 800mb was gone without me even touching my phone ? my phone has no automatic updates activated and whatsapp photos and videos are only downloaded via wifi the same goes for the facebook app.

I am fed up with cutting on important things to pay my phone bills . Vodacom assist me with ths matter because I really feel **********.

I include screenshots of my detailed balances
