Excessive billing for data
I was billed double my normal account because of data usage for R1403! That's without me doing anything crazy! I don't watch movies on my phone. I listened to a few songs on iTunes, but that's for 90seconds each. I cannot possibly amount to R1400........
They just tell me that's your bill and your usage....... it's becoming more and more ridiculous. Firstly data just disappears and then this...... I'm afraid to use the phone now.

Your query has been addressed and as per the SR Reference *** I have credited the remainder of the data dispute as a re-tariff of R1000.00 Excl. VAT . The credit will reflect on your Vodacom within in the next 3 working days.
