Exceptionally bad treatment of long-term customer (in excess of 20 years)

I have been a loyal customer of VOdacom for more than 20 years. This afternoon I get a call from you, and after verifying my details the person on the other end starts the call with "your number is marked for deletion". I accidentally forgot to pay my account on the 20th of last month (like I always do) and it is now the 6th of August. Before this call you did not try to contact me by SMS, whatsapp or email to tell me about this. Had you, I would have immediately paid it. Instead some person phones me with the words "your account has been marked for deletion" Is this how you treat long-term customers? THis *********** person on the other end, who has not been trained to deal properly with these situations, indicated that her supervisor will call me within 30 minutes. These supervisors names are apparently SInah Mkhondo or Nomfundo Gary. Needless to say, I have yet to hear from either. Vodacom I suggest someone with the necessary clout calls me to sort out this issue! THAT IS, if you want to keep me as a customer!!!!
