Exceptional service that’s not there
Vodacom is promising us exceptional service, but where is that exceptional service? Even when you are calling them they just unprovoked, unbothered sending you from pillar to post. Can somebody please explain to me according to them what’s an exceptional service. It’s now the second time writing a review but still I’ve haven’t been assisted. NO MORE!!!
