Exceptional service that focused on needs of the client

I was due for a cellphone contract renewal July/Aug and had been receiving annoying texts and calls from various Vodacom outlets who wanted me to come for a new phone. Upon calling the call center to advise them to request for the annoying texts and calls to stop as I was not interested in a new phone - Wilson Nkosi was able to address my main concern which was data usage. He was able to offer an amazing data package on the same amount I was billed without replacing the device.
