I would to rate Baxolile Mathonsi. 10/10 for the excellent service she provided to me this morning. I have been calling in for cancellation assistance since 1 Feb 2022. Baxolile is the only who assisted me with real patience and explained everything into detail. YOU are a real star and assist to the team. Keep up the great work.
