Exceptional service received
I experienced a problem concerning upgrades I did on 2 contracts (Tablets) and once off data. A young man named Ruaan at Vodacom branch Fleurdal Mall Bloemfontein went out off his way to assist me with the issue. I am impressed and grateful for his quick, friendly and sufficient assistance. He kept me updated. It's not often that you come across someone that's willing to go the extra mile to assist a client, he truly went out of his way!!! He is most definitely a huge asset to Vodacom!!! He gave me new hope in 'Vodacom'.
