Exceptional Service Provided By Tshilisiwe
I am in the process of upgrading some of my contracts. Today I received a call from Tshilisiwe from the Confirmation Department. I have dealt with a lot of Vodacom Staff, but must admit Tshilisiwe was like a fresh breath of air.
She obviously displayed patience, problem-solving skills and throughout the call maintained a very positive attitude. She also displayed emotional intelligence which ended up in me accepting a contract which I intended to cancel.
Tshilisiwe, I thought you handled the call very professionally. I admire the way you are so cordial and polite. You are without a doubt an asset to Vodacom.
