I would like to sincerely Thank Octivia for her exceptional service on Saturday 24.08. She went over and above to help me sort out my issue.My call had dropped and she made it her duty to call me back to assist and she made sure my issue was resolved before she left for the day. That's by far the best service I have received from vodacom, thank you again Octivia I Really appreciate your efforts and I hope you are rewarded for being a great employee to Vodacom.
