Exceptional Service

Good day<br> <br> This is to commend you for excellent, excellent and dare i say excellent service. I wanted to move to cell c when it comes to data as they have a R99 special on data for 20 gigs a month. I went there and did the application and got approved. After 2 weeks of waiting and numerous phone calls later and not yet receiving my routers and data i phoned them just to hear sorry but they still don't have stock and are working on a back list of clients. I wasn't even on the list. It was there and then i decided that ill stick with you. Went onto your website and saw the 20gig special for R569. Yes its more expensive than cell c but you know what Lungile's exceptional client service on your *** number was what bought me. He went the extra mile to explain everything to me and gave me the best option when it comes to your routers and data. (I have yet to test it). It was a privilege to speak to him and dealing with him. Keep up the good work.
