This lady went out of her way to keep her customers satisfy. If there is more of her kind of caracter this world out there would be a lot beter. When I gave up on my son, she never did... she kept on looking for a phone till she got one for him..talk about go the exstra mile... She even took time to phone and keep me updated on what was happening.. she even said sorry when there was no phone available.
