Exceptional Poor service from Vodacom customer service

I have been trying to close three of my contracts that is at the end of their cycle for the past two and a half months. I eventually places a complaint on Hello Peter and they rep**** the next day that I would be contacted and it will be resolved. Since then no communication from Vodacom. The contracts is still active and the payments deducted. I have been a client with a few contracts since Vodacom started but now their ethics is exceptionally poor. Definitely not the Vodacom I started with
