Exceptional Customer Experienced.
So I called Vodacom this morning to find out if I can use my minutes to make an international phone call and the gentleman man by the name of Tisetso took me through all the way. My call was interrupted during out session and he did call me back immediately. I just want to say thanks to Tisetso for going extra mile and making sure that I understand.
