A huge compliment to Vodacom - Atterbury for service and client help.<br> <br> I was refused a new phone by CellSure ''Vodacom Insurance company'' because of a technicality with the paperwork regarding my insurance package after my phone upgrade.<br> <br> After receiving no joy with CellSure a week later, the staff members from Vodacom Atterbury assisted with my problem, as they were involved in my initial upgrade a wile back.<br> <br> I found there work to be extremely professional and they handled the entire situation on my behalf.<br> <br> A very big thank you to Elaine Pretorius and Jacqueline Briel at Vodacom Atterbury...they were responsible for getting me a new cell phone even after CellSure refused to help me in any way.<br> <br> They are both valuable assets to the Company!<br>
