Excellent work Meikie
Just called vodacom regarding my contract, Spoke to Meiki Mantaba and the called took 44 minutes and honestly that was the most pleasant call i have ever had with vodacom. Meikie was professional, knew what what she was talking about , when she had to put me on hold she told me why she was puting me on hold and apologised if i was on hold for too long. She deserves a high 5 and a pat on the back for a job well done...
