EXCELLENT WORK : BULELWA BOLISI
Today words fail me, I lost all hope and confidence in Vodacom but BULELWA Bolisi restored that. She didn't give up, she was persistent, I heard her speaking to her team mates saying this is a Vodacom router, there is no way we cannot assist. With her on your team you can go to war. A woman with understanding, patience and a heart for her fellow human being. Understanding my worries as a mom whose kids lost 3 days of school and failed to submit tasks and participate in practicals. BULELWA you are worth a million.
Give this woman a raise or promotion. A woman of virtue.
Ps : My initial call was logged on 12 May 2023 and within less than a hour today 17 May 2023 Ms BULELWA Bolisi sorted it out. You rock.
