Excellent Upgrade Service Received
I just did a contract upgrade with Vodacom. The call centre staff member I dealt with was extremely friendly, polite and helpful, and I managed to do my upgrade without any issues, and received my new phone less than 5 days later. Thank you for the excellent service Vodacom. Now if only other large corporations in South Africa would be as efficient as Vodacom, and value their clients like you do.
