I would like to say thank you very much to Vusi, Bongi, Neo, Margaret and all the staff that were involved to make sure that my fibre problem got resolved, I’ve been struggling for years with the same problem/issue, but Vodacom(Fibre) managed to get the problem sorted, I’ve been with Webafrica and Afrihost for years and they couldn’t do what Vodacom accomplished in a few months, I’m not sure why the ratings are saying that Afrihost is the best ISP, but I’m telling everyone now that Vodacom is the best ISP, I’m encouraging you all of you to move your fibre to Vodacom because you will get the best services, they care, the follow up, they keep you updated and they make sure your issue gets resolved, Keep up the good work guys, I’m going to advice all my friends and colleagues to move their Fibre to Vodacom
