Excellent service received from Vodacom employee

I normally don’t have much good to say to Vodacom, but I feel like I need to give credit where it is deserved. After numerous phone calls and emails about billing issues and our connection being suspended, we eventually got a hold of a Vodacom employee that goes above and beyond to assist. He even went as far as to give us his personal contact number. He assisted us on his off days, always honouring his promises. He went above and beyond to try and resolve the issues that Vodacom gave us. Please extend our ut most gratitude to him. This is by far the best service we ever experienced.
