Excellent service from Vodacom Longbeach
A few days ago I complained about the Vodacom Cape Gate shop and the rudeness of the shop consultant. Today I went to the Vodacom Longbeach mall branch, and I was helped by friendly client service orientated personnel. Special mention to Ashton Petersen who assisted me with my query and escalated it up the line. He is a good example of the blueprint for personnel of your company. Keep up the good work.
