After the usual call centre frustration of being transferred again and again, I ended up by Sam at customer care who was friendly and efficient. Unfortunately I did not get Sam's surname.<br> <br> I was transferred to Portia Hili at the Business Call Centre who was friendly, efficient and willing to go the extra mile.<br> <br> Portia handled my current query, AND she made sure that all my other lines were in order.<br> <br> She then asked if there is anything else she can assist me with. I mentioned that one of my lines were due for an upgrade. She continued to assist me with a quotation for the upgrade.<br> <br> But wait, there is more.<br> <br> After Portia noticed that the quotation e-mail was not being sent from the Vodacom system, she called me and made me aware that I might not be getting the e-mail until the next day.<br> <br> Great service from an exceptional person.<br> <br> Thank you Portia!
