Excellent Service from Terrence

I had a problem with my router and after being to different stores in the East Rand Shopping Center I decided to try a Vodacom store as I have always been a Vodacom girl. When I got to the Vodacom4u Store there were a few staff standing at the door. Everyone of the greeted me like I was a regular customer which I was not. So friendly and eager to help. I was helped by a true gentleman Terrence. Oh man technology can be hard when you get older🤣 but my lack of this knowledge did not scare him in fact he took the time to show me how to do things and sell me a data sim in the process. Thank goodness it was early and the store was quite. However 1 hour later he was juggling between 3 of us. I want to just thank him for his patience and kindness towards me. It's not often you come across such excellent service. I often watch Undercover Boss and I think that in SA the bosses really miss out in seeing just how good some of their staff are. Terrence I hope that your bosses realize what a good asset you are to their company. Thank you again for all your help today.
