Excellent Service from Sibusiso Selaelo Vodacom Chris Hani Mall

I would like to express my deepest thanks and gratitude to Mr Sibusiso Silaelo from Vodacom at Chris Hani Mall. He was extremely professional and was very quick in resolving my issue which I was quiet stressed about. Within no time my query was resolved with no hiccups or unpleasantries, the type of service excellence I received from him was pleasantly surprising especially from a Vodacom employee. I highly commend him and he deserves a salary raise as well as a promotion as he displayed a willingness to help his customer so greatly.

As I was sitting in the shop I felt hot and asked him for a glass of water, Sibusiso kindly asked me what type of water would I prefer between tap or refrigerated water when I told him my preference he quietly and quickly went to fetch the water and gave it to me to drink. This amazed me as I have never experienced such great service where an employee goes to such an extra mile for a person he hardly knows. I would like to thank him again and wish that his great service story gets published with your organisation to encourage him to keep up the great work.
