Exceptional customer service from Phumeza Mboji, I made several calls to Vodacom as I was unsure of what is happening on my account, i dealt with people who were not bothered about customer service. But today Phumeza blew me away, She took time to investigate and give corrective measures, ensured that my query was understood when she was dealing with it.. after this call I am confident that my Vodacom account will be in good standing as she saw an error on my account that previous consultants that I spoke to could not identify.. She went an extra mile and apologized for any inconvenience caused again She understood my query and was courteous. Keep up the good work Phumeza
