Excellent service from Ntabeleng @ After sales

Good morning ,

I called into the contact center out of frustration yesterday as one of the team leaders hadn't resolved an on going dispute i had regarding the new contract i've taken out with Vodacom.

I have, since taking out the contract received awful service from every single consultant and manager ive interacted with . I wasn't expecting anything but the awful service as it seemed to be a standard from your company that you render such service.

I was shocked at how Ntabeleng from the after sales department took accountability , was transparent and truly wanted to assist. She sorted out my issue within no Time . These are the types of employees you should have in your employ.
