Excellent service from Ms Rani

After 40 days of misery, stress, misinformation, and incompetency from the call center (including sales, after-sale, and upgrade )consultants and their team leaders Im happy to say my billing issue has been resolved in 2 days by Rani Ramkhelawan.

She was efficient, listened to understand, and most of all very professional. Updated me all the time, how I wish I spoke to her the 1st time. I'm giving her 1000 stars .Rani you are my star and thank you very much :)
