Excellent service from consultant

I did an upgrade on my Vodacom contract. I spoke to a consultant name Johan. Usually after the conversation I could rate the service that the consultant gave me, but in this case, after ending the conversation, I was not redirected to the rating. I just want to say, working in retail and customer service industry I got EXCELLENT service from Johan. If I could give him 100/10 I would, but 10+/10 for him. Thanks so much Johan.
