EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM ADVICE MOROKONG VODACOM SHOP CLEARWATER

<p><br />This letter is to express my sincere gratitude for the excellent service received from Advice Morokong Data Technician for Vodacom Shop Clearwater. Advice has assisted myself and some of my family members with all our tech queries either cellphone or laptops on more than one occasion and each time he delivered outstanding service, displaying patience and tenacity, while all in all delivering SERVICE WITH A SMILE.</p> <p>I was playing around with my phone and blocked it by mistake, I took it into the shop and Advice explained to me what had happened and unblocked my phone in a jiffy. On another occasion my mother was having problems with an old laptop and Advice offered to upgrade it with the latest software in order for the laptop to work more efficiently. On another occasion, my cousin had a similar problem to mine, she had blocked her phone while playing with it, I went into the store and politely asked him if he could please help her by speaking to her on the phone and directing her on what to do, he agreed to speak to her telephonically and managed to assist. I understood that this was not part of his job description and probably could have gotten him into trouble, however I do appreciate him going above and beyond the call of duty. I would like to recommend Advice to any Vodacom customer in need of a service technician. Keep up the good work </p>
