EXCELLENT SERVICE FROM A VODACOM STAFF MEMBER

This review is specifically for the Vodacom Shop at the Pavilion Shopping Centre in Westville. It is specifically for the staff member, Ozayr (his colleagues fondly refer to him as Ozzy). I walked into the store to obtain a contract for a sim for the gate for our Sectional Title Complex. I had brought the sim card with me. He assisted me with warmth, friendliness, care and explained everything with clarity. Being a 70 year old female, I comprehended and understood every word. The cherry on the top was the fact that he called me after I got home to check that the sim worked after I had placed it in the little box at the gate.
