Excellent service from a Vodacom Employee

A previous service provider really did not provide service on the working working days in December. I waited about 3 hours collectively on the line only to have the call cut on 2 occasions.

Hazel working for Vodacom came to the rescue! I believe in giving credit where credit is due. Hazel is a gem of an employee, she goes above and beyond to ensure that installations are done correctly and on time. The service provider I was with just could not deliver a service. I understand that they were working with less staff over the Christmas season but on the working days the service shocking.

Hazel got hold of me and assisted me on her first day back to work to find out if I had been connected! I was so surprised how Hazel cared about her clients and the business. This level of service excellence is rare these days. She got Thabang Godman to assist me with signing up with Vodacom, it was done within one working day. I explained to Hazel that I urgently needed WI-FI as I work from home, and I had a deadline to meet by 2 January 2025 which I missed due to the lack of service from the previous service provider to being unable to deliver a service. Hazel arranged a team to come to my house to finalise the activation of the WI-FI, in a matter of 20 minutes I was connected.

I just wanted to share my appreciation of the service excellence!
