Excellent service from a consultant.
I would like to thank James Phiri for the great service he offered in assisting with my claim process at the Vodacom 4 u store. He was very willing to help and was very prompt in his responses too. He went the extra mile for me and for that I would like to say thank you so much James.... This is actually the first time in my entire Vodacom life where I am happy, keep up the excellent service James. :)
