Excellent Service for Freddie Cordier

I went in to change my contract as i was due for an upgrade , i had the pleasure of meeting Freddie who assisted me through the entire process. He is very knowledgeable and excellent at customer service , very well spoken and knows exactly how to explain his products. Its very seldom that you have such a great person with a great personality that clearly loves being in the customer service industry. I am glad i visited that store and will gladly return just so i can be helped by Freddie.
