Excellent service, even though I'm not a customer

On 23 april I had a probleme with my hand set. Since I use cell c and have a contract with them I phoned the customer care. The agent that answered the phone, was more interested in my account than helping me with the handset problem. And by the end of my call, the probleme still persisted. I then phoned vodacom customer care from n friends phone, and was help within 5 minutes and the problem solved. So to vodacom thumps up for excellent service even though I am not a customer of them. Keep up the excellent service.
