Excellent service during upgrade
In a world where we are so quick to complain, I would like to thank Oupa Nisi in the call centre for excellent customer service. I was about to cancel my contract but he went out of his way to source an iPhone 7 - something no other branch was willing or able to do. He also kept me updated throughout the entire process.
