Excellent service delivery

I would like to convey my sincerest gratitude to Linky Mashate for her excellent service delivery. She was helpful, friendly and really went the extra mile. Upon disconnection of the call, she returned my phone call, and even went the extra mile to phone me back after a few minutes to ensure that my problem is resolved and all is working. I was a little frustrated with my issue and Linky really restored my faith in Vodacom. Thank you Linky for your kindness, professionalism and for going the extra mile.
