Excellent service by Vanessa Tshabalala

I have many complaints with VODACOM, but at times they have very efficient customer care/call centre professionals. This morning I called their customer care number and was attended to by Vanessa Tshabalala. She assisted me with so much patience. Because we couldn't conclude my request when I first called her due to time, I asked her to call me back. She called and I was busy on another line. She called again an hour later (I had given her 2 options of the times to call me). When their system was taking too long she requested to call me again instead of me listening to the annoying music. She called again when the system was ready for us to proceed. She answered all my questions and resolved my query with the so much professionalism. Thank you sisi for your assistance and professionalism. I hope someone in your organization notices this. Unfortunately I couldn't rate you as you returned my call and I was not the one calling by the time my query was resolved.
