Excellent service but feel cheated & disappointed

Dear Vodacom, this is a mixed review. Excellent customer service on my ‘new’ phone order but I am so disappointed to discover my ‘new’ phone turns out to be a repaired used phone?

Why did you not advertise it that way. I feel cheated… so for this I would seriously give you 1 star.
