Excellent Service

I want compliment and thank a Vodacom consultant by the name Lynette. I regret not asking her for her surname. I actually upgraded on the 23/11/21. But I never received my phone. There was disappointing service from the courier and my parcel was returned to Vodacom. I agreed to cancel an upgrade again. This was done twice and both times my order was canceled from the system. Apparently their was no stock of that particular phone. One week ago I spoke to Lynette, who was very honest and explained the whole situation to me. She made some suggestions like checking with the Vodacom stores for stocks on that phone, taking a contract with a different phone, or waiting until stocks arrive. I chose a different phone and received the parcel 2 days after upgrading. Thank You Lynette for the excellent service.
