Excellent service

For a change I received excellent service today from Reece Wade. Vodacom hasnt been the best service provider, from various past experiences, however I give credit where it is due. Reece called to update contracts for my business and was very helpful, extremely patient and explained everything well. There was no rushing and when the call cut he called me back, which they rarely do. He offered cost saving options and helped to make the right choices for us. This experience has actually left me with some positivity towards Vodacom. Thank you Reece!
