Excellent service
I would really like to give Vodacom a compliment for the experience and service I got from Vodashop, Mall of the North from Emmanuel Enilolobo.
I will never let anybody assist me even if I have to wait an hour. Some customers sitting next to me felt the same and even refuses to let any other salesperson attend to their queries.
If you could make a copy of Emmanuel, Vodacom will be the best service provider ever. I really hope that the rest of your personnel can learn from him as he is an absolute asset to the company.
