Excellent Service

Hi there. I got a surprise call from a delightful consultant by the name of Khanya Magaduzela yesterday. I was reluctant to take the call but answered anyway. Again to my surprise, I was blown away by her empathy and enthusiasm, how friendly and warm she was. When we started the call I was tempted to complain about my dissatisfaction with Vodacom. To cut a long story short we ended up renewing my contract. I have tried in the past and in numerous occasions failed to renew, eventually I wanted to cancel but never got the assistance. Imagine! I was on a brink of calling cancellations one last time. It is now all thank you to Khanya that am still with Vodacom. She has restored some hope and reassurance, knowing there are people who actually care and are professional in this service provider. Well done again to her excellent service yesterday. It will take me a while to forget. I hope she will get the recognition she truly deserves. Am at a better space now with Vodacom because of her efforts. End.
