Excellent Service @ Vodacom4u Fourways

Made my day! Can’t stop smiling :) Best service I’ve received.

I went to the iStore in Fourways mall to purchase a new screen protector for my new iwatch6… they could not assist me and had no stock online nor their stores… so I went to Incredible Connection, same story. Went to two Gagdet stores and they didn’t have what I was looking for.

So I went to cellular stores and Vodacom was my 1st choice. A friendly lady welcomed me and my friend and introduced herself and offered us sanitizer… she asked me all the right open ended questions and offered me an alternative AND explained to me about the warranties and all the works!

This is a STAR! Your stores should be very appreciative to have one of the most… NO… THE BEST PEOPLE EVER!

My watch has a new screen protector and it’s done more professionally than what the iStore in Sandton has done for me in the 1st place a month ago.

I left the store in such a way that I was smiling and felt calm and that I had no worries in the world. Wish we could have more of her in every store !
