Excellent Service - Ashura Dorman

I would like to speak out my appreciation and thankfulness for an ambassador of your business like Ashura Dorman. She went out of her way to put us in contact with the right people, although she was not even working at the time - she was on her way home. We were in a Vodashop in Tygervalley and she accidentally overheard a conversation and offered to help us to get to a resolution, going out of her way, investigating and walking with us to the Vodacom shop that could assist us. She went the extra mile and more. I wish South Africa had more people with insight and foresight that she showed on the day. Well done and well done Vodacom for emplyoying people like her!!!! Pls look after her she is a real gemstone in this day and age.
