Excellent service and refund actioned
Shout out to Thabogo, who opened up query with reference number ***! I have been struggling to get an issue resolved since July 2020, all call center people and even the support people in the Cradlestone and Northgate branches were unable to help me, yet in like under a week, Thabogo did what had to be done, and Vodacom even refunded the amount that was in error. Thank you to Enocenciah Mokotli for the investigation that they did so quickly. I hope you guys get recognized for your efficiency, devotion, care and pride you take in doing your jobs, it was such a pleasure!
