Excellent service and fantastic attitude

I just had the most amazing experience service and experience from this lady in the aftersales service department. Despite how busy she is and the amount of stuff I asked of her, she answered professionally and with the greatest care.<br> <br> Please pass this message on to her. She is a valuable member of your team.<br> <br> Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the gentleman who assessed and finalised my contract, to whom I gave specific instructions to pend the new contract until the 9 July 2015. This was not done. Mampho however resolved the issue created by this gentleman satisfactorily!<br> <br> Also, please respond to emails Vodacom.
