Excellent Service
Thank you to Shawnay Courtney Johnson ***-340972 for assisting in having ny elderly mother to move her fiber to a new location she will be moving to. Shawney immediately realised my mom was stressed and requested if she and I (daughter) may continue the call in mom's attendance to have the issue sorted. She even fast tracked the process on their side and marked the order as urgent. Thanks again Shawnwy you are excellent at your job and we appreciate you . Keep it up!
