Excellent service
Most of the time I come to Hellopeter to report bad service and experiences and rightfully so.
Today I would like to compliment Vodacom for their service. I called in this morning and the lady who assisted was very friendly and managed to effect my request, she did not even transfer to any other department. I forgot her name and just as I was being put through to rate her service another call came in and I had to drop-off.
The last four digits of my reference number is 4280, perhaps Vodacom can link this review to the lady using my reference number.
