EXCELLENT SERVICE

I Would just like to thank Richard Viljoen at the 4U East rand Mall branch for his excellent service he was great, more than I can say from any other agent at Vodacom or the Head Office, because for more than a week I was trying to get a data issues sorted out and NO ONE could assist us, NOT EVEN THE IT guys of Vodacom, all they did was to transfer me from pillar to post and nothing was sorted out. THAT IS WHY I WANTED TO SAY TO RICHARD VILJOEN THANK YOU VERY MUCH IT TOOK HIM 10MINUTES AND THE ISSUES WAS SORTED. Maybe Vodacom must give the people who need to assist the customers better training.
