Excellent Service

On the 16th Oct 2018, I was assisted by Zanele Mthembu. She is the best consultant I have ever spoken to at Vodacom my whole entire relationship with Vodacom. My family and I have moved to a new house. I have 5 contract lines with Vodacom for my family. So, we do not have network coverage at all when we are home unless we go and stand by the gate and move around in the yard to get some network. I called while I was at work and Zanele asked if she can help to syncronise all the devices and give me steps to follow on the devices but because I was at work it was impossible. She asked when i will be home and I told her. She promised to call me when I'm home and she kept her promise and called. Even though our lines are not sorted but she has gone extra mile and tried her best to help a customer. Unlike many she didnt tell me that there is nothing she can do. Instead she has escalated the matter to technical support. Zanele deserves more than 5 stars for her excellent service.

Thank you so much Zanele you have brightened my day on the 16th and has given me hope to stay as a Vodacom Client. I hope our network will be fixed asap.
