After speaking to your rude consultants querying about a certain airtime that disappeared, Lerato gave me step by step explanation of what happened. She was so professional, efficient and made me feel valuable. I was honestly ready to leave Vodacom but Lerato changed my mind. Thank you!! You deserve a bonus
